PLEASE HELP US AND ONLY DONATE GOOD ITEMS SUITABLE FOR REUSE- WE ARE NOT THE TIP!
Clothing - Adults and children - must be clean and rewearable. We cannot accept dirty, damaged or torn clothes (no rags). No used socks or underwear.
Shoes & boots (including wellies, trainers & football boots),
Bags and accessories.
Soft furnishings - curtains, cushions, throws, rugs, curtains and bedlinen and towels in good condition (no duvets or pillows unless brand new in bags)
Toys, games, puzzles in good clean reuseable condition - no missing parts
Bikes, scooters, skateboards and ride-on toys
Books, DVDS, CDs and records (no videos or cassettes)
Toiletries, gift sets, make-up, perfume - unused and unopened
Jewellery
Kitchenware including crockery, saucepans, cutlery, utensils and electrical goods (no glasses thankyou)
Household items including nicknacks, ornaments, pictures, mirrors and decorative items
Wool, yarn, fabric and other crafting items (inc sewing machines)
Gardening and DIY tools
Sports equipment
Mobile phones, cameras, watches, ipads, laptops etc (please wipe memory)
Furniture in good condition - upholstered furniture and mattresses must have fire safety labels and be in good clean condition. Please email photos of furniture donations to us before bringing them so we can check the condition. If collection will be needed please also state your location.
White goods & Electricals - we can accept electricals and limited white goods but they must be in very good condition - ie. no faults. If you are replacing it because it doesn't work properly please don't give it to us! We do not repair items.
No car seats or bicycle helmets.
Please do not leave donations outside when we are closed - we have CCTV 24/7 and will report this as flytipping. We need to manage our stock carefully so please check that we are taking donations before bringing them to WVC.
We may also need to restrict what we take if we have a lot of stock.
